If the (partial) loss or damage was not externally recognizable upon acceptance, the customer is asked to notify Bantmann Trade & Consulting UG immediately, but at the latest within 14 days of becoming aware of the loss or damage.
The customer will support Bantmann Trade & Consulting UG to the best of their ability, insofar as Bantmann Trade & Consulting UG asserts these claims against the relevant transport company or transport insurance.
